Michele and I took our walk to the swings tonight. We went late figuring the little bratty kids would all be home sleeping. They were. But the bratty teens were there and they hogged the swings all night. So we played in the sand instead. I built a ship. She made a mound and called it a village!! My ship was way cool. It had a torpedo. Her mound (village) was kinda pathetic but she thought it was better than my ship. She said, "How many people live on your ship?" I told her "More people than live in your tiny village!" Her mound (village) was surrounded by a moat with a river leading to my ocean with my awesome ship. We bickered for a bit over who's creation was better. We decided playing in the sand was fun and as satisfying as the swings. It got dark so we headed for home. On the way home we passed the house where the dead people live. They still live there.
When we got home we modeled the hats I bought at the dollar store today. I know you are all jealous!!
