• why did the fool fall off the fridge

  

   

  donkey said spazzz fell off the fridge…or something like that.  yeah, it was something like that.

  i was cleaning off the top of the fridge, standing on a chair but could not reach the back, so i traded chair for a stool. BUT, when i went to step off the stool, i forgot i had switched out the chair for the stool and thinking i was stepping off the chair….well, DUH! so, it was a farther drop than i anticipated and i must have jammed my hip.  i remember it hurt at the time, but then i forgot about it. i practiced my dances on
  thursday night for Friday’s show. by Friday afternoon it started to hurt. i taught two dance classes on Saturday and could barely dance. the hip totally locked up and hurt.  i think i made it worse.

  i have tried everything to get it to relax and heal; motrin, alcohol~chocolate liquor), hot tub, heat, sleeping pill, flexeril, codiene, rest, soaking in epsom salt bath. my friend worked on it~Bowen Therapy.  it is pretty bad… it will take time to heal, it has been just over two weeks. She lectured me, told me what i really need is to be in the hospital flat on my back for three days and drugged up so i can’t move…no choice. Then it would heal. don’t ya love friends that just tell ya like it is. so, i am trying to keep still for this entire week so she will stop lecturing me and my hip will heal. 

  but, i get bored. the pain is not as intense any more. i can barely even be at the computer for long cause it hurts to sit. so i had to figure a way to be here leaning back with my feet up, angle the computer screen to the side and get the keyboard in my lap BEFORE the cat gets here!  i think i did it. here i am. usually i am all set up but the cat is in my lap instead of the keyboard so i just go play with the super poke pets or read xanga and email. So, here i am…and really not all that comfortable.
